At the heart of its mind boggling biodiversity is the rich topography of Assam with its lush hills and valleys dissected by the majestic Brahmaputra and it’s many tributaries.
Assam is home to over 180 species of mammals, including rare and endangered species like the great Indian One-horned Rhinoceros, the Dhekiapotia Tiger, Black Panther Tiger, the Golden Langur and Hoolock Gibbon, Hornbill , and a spectacular range of avifauna.
Assam’s most famous parks are Kaziranga National Park and Manas National Park.
Kaziranga National Park Originally established as a reserve forest in 1908. a World Heritage Site in 1985. in 2007, it was declared a tiger reserve under the Central Government’s Project Tiger scheme.
Manas National Park Located in the Himalayan foothills in western Assam, Manas was originally a game reserve since 1928 and became a Tiger Reserve in 1974, a World Heritage Site in 1985, a Biosphere Reserve in 1989. Then declared as a National Park in 1990.

Early morning after breakfast proceed to World famous Kaziranga National Park via Kamakhya Temple the major Hindu Pilgrimage site which is situated in Top of Nilachal Hill. After Darshan enjoying the view of Guwahati city from Top of Nilachal Hill. After that proceed to World Famous Kaziranga National Park, approx 230 km and 5 Hours journey with break. Kaziranga National Park, the home of the one Horned Rhinoceros, and others wild animals like wild buffalo, swamp deer, Hoog Deer and etc. Check in Hotel/ Resort, after refreshment in the evening Visit nearest lush green of Tea Gardens with Tea Bunglow which is 100 years Old and you can see how Tea is manufactured and proceed, you can also enjoying tasty Freshly Tea, Tribal Dance in the form of Jumur can be arrange for Request.
