TOUR DESCRIPTIONS

Day 1:- Dibrugarh

Day1:-Meet and Greets by our representative at Airport and direct proceed to Dibru-Saikhowa, check in hotel/Resort/Camp and overnight Stay.

Day 2:- Dibrusoikhuwa to Roing

After taking breakfast direct proceed to Roing. Roing is a cencus town of lower Dibang valley in the Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh.The only town under Idu Mishmi  dominated areas has Mehao wild life sanctuary, sally Lake,Mehao Lake etc.  After arrive check in at Misimi Vally eco camp and overnight stay

Day 3:- Roing to Mayodia

After breakfast visit Mayodia which is 5km from Roing, the district head quarter of Lower Dibang Valey. Mayodia is a unique hill resort situated at an altitude of 7000ft. It is ideal trekking destination and paradies for Bird watcher as many endangered species are recorded including trogopan. The scenic beauty of the snow clapped Mayodia during winter is eye-catching. Evening return back to Roing stay .

Day 4:- Roing to Parsuramkunda via Tezu

After taking breakfast Proceed to Parsuram Kunda about 7hours journey from Roing. In this route you can visit Tezu which is a small town and headquarters of Lohit Distrct of Arunachal Pradesh. Tezu is a beautiful valley and rivers are the Misimi Tribes.This tribes still has a King and Queens residing   in the district headquerters of Tezu.  Parasuram Kunda is a place of pilgrimage is situated in the bank of the river Lohit at about 24 kms from Tezu. It is also known as “Prabhu Kuthar” the origin of  the Kunda viz Parasuram Kunda is associated with Parasuram Matricide. Overnight stay at Parasuram Kunda Camp

Day 5:-Parasuramkunda

Full day Parasuramkunda Sightseeing and back to Namsai overnight stay.

Day 6:- Namsai

Morning after breakfast visit to Namsai Golden Pagoda which is dialect is a Burmese style Buddhist temple and local sightseeing and proceeds to Digboi and overnight stay Digboi.

Day 7:- Digboi

Morning after breakfast visit Digboi Oil Refinery, StillWell Road, Digboi Golf Couse etc. Overnight stay at Digboi.

Day 8:- Dihing Patkai Rain Forest

Dehing Patkai Wildlife Sanctuary is located in the Dibrugarh and Tinsukia Districts of Assam and covers an area of 111.19 km. It is part of the Assam vally tropical wet evergreen forest. This sanctuary is also a part of Dehing-Patkai Elephant Reserve. A part of the forest was declared as a wildlife sanctuary by the Government of Assam. The Dehing Patkai forms the largest stretch of tropical low-land rainforests in India, sightseeing and overnight stay.

Day 9:-  Singpho Village

Morning after breakfast proceeds to Singpho village, The Singphos have known and drank tea long before the Britishers discovered it in Assam. They produce their tea by plucking the tender leaves and drying them in the sun and exposing it to the night dew for three days. The leaves are then placed in the hollow tube of a bamboo, and the cylinder is exposed to the smoke of the fire. Sightseeing and back to Namphake and overnight stay.

Day 10 :- Namphake sightseeing and stay

This village is home for many Tai Phakey families who reside here. The river Burhidihing flows along this village. There is a beautiful Buddhist monastery located in the Namphake Village. This monastery is considered as a meditation centre and has also developed into a very popular tourist spot to be visited in this village. The serene surrounding and natural beauty of the place make it a more unique location. The people living here are the followers of Buddhism and their beliefs and traditions are very strong in this regard. The village has an Asoka Pillar built nearby and a Buddhist Pagoda.

Day 11 :- Dibrugarh drop

Morning after breakfast drop at Dibrugarh Airport/ Railway station for onward Journey. Tour Ends Here…!
